Individual or small group lessons allows for more detailed and personalized training because of the ability to focus on only one or only a few players. Individual or small group training covers all areas of the game including but not limited to shooting, offensive movement/cutting, screening/footwork, rebounding, defense, conditioning and footwork drills. Workouts are specifically tailored to the needs and stage/level of development of that particular player. Small groups are grouped together based on athletic ability and skill level. Small group workouts still allow individual development but allows us to also dive into more competitive situation and teamwork.
