Founder Kathy Fedorjaka
Prior to founding her sports company Next Level in 2014, Coach Fedorjaka spent over 20 years coaching in the collegiate ranks with 15 of those years as the Head women’s basketball coach at Bucknell University. An accomplished and well respected coach, Coach Fedorjaka is the all time winningest and longest tenured coach in Bucknell women’s basketball history.
Coach Fedorjaka led the Bucknell program to over 200 wins (while amassing close to 300 wins as a head coach at the collegiate level), in addition to earning two Patriot League tournament championships (2002 and 2008), two NCAA postseason berths, a regular season Patriot league championship (2007), a postseason WNIT appearance, and three 20 win seasons. Coach Fedorjaka ranks third all time in the Patriot league for wins and was named the Patriot league Coach of the Year two times. . In addition Coach Fedorjaka recruited and developed numerous outstanding student athletes during her career. At Bucknell she recruited and coached a 3-time PL Player of the year and the leagues only WNBA draft pick, Molly Creamer (1st round, 10th overall pick). In total she recruited and coached 4 PL Player of the Year selections, 4 PL Rookie of the year selections, 30 plus PL All-conference selections, 2 PL Defensive players of the year, and 2PL tournament MVP’s. Prior to taking the helm at Bucknell, Coach Fedorjaka spent three years as the head coach at Bloomsburg University after a successful one year stint at Connecticut College. A native of Connecticut, Coach Fedorjaka had a successful Division I collegiate career at Fairfield University, prior to earning her Masters of Education at Bucknell University. Known for her passion and commitment to the game of basketball and for developing young players, Coach Fed as she is most often referred to, resides in Winfield PA with her son Matthew and daughter Jamie. Her son Matthew has just finished his sophomore year at Lewisburg High School and is a three sport athlete in football, basketball and lacrosse. His Lewisburg teams captured two district championships this past year, one in the sport of basketball and one in lacrosse. Her daughter Jamie is a rising 7th grader and also participates in basketball and lacrosse, as well as doing hip hop.

A native of Northumberland, Kyle was a 4 year standout athlete in the sports of basketball and baseball at Shikellamy High School. Kyle’s high school basketball accomplishments include the following : currently 3rd in scoring with 1,171 points, currently 3rd with a 81.8% free throw percentage (224 for 274), highest single season scoring record (517 pts), averaged 20.8 ppg as a senior, 1st team District 4 (2 years), record for most consecutive free throws (33), team captain 2 years, and led his team in scoring 2 yrs. Kyle went on to play basketball at Messiah College and again had a strong career. He captained the team his senior year, was named 2nd team All-Conference and led the MAC in rebounding at 9.6 per game. Messiah won the MAC tournament championship in Kyle’s freshmen year and advanced to the NCAA tournament. A standout on the baseball diamond as well, Shikellamy made three State tournament appearances during Kyle’s career and he captained the team in his junior and senior years. From a family of all boys, Kyle has three brothers and his mom and dad still live locally. Kyle is the Sports and Recreation Director for Christ Wesleyan Church in Milton and him and his wife, Meredith, currently reside in Milton.

Rod Baughman played basketball at York Suburban High School and Lebanon Valley College. He has spent time coaching youth leagues in the York, PA area and had a stint as a head coach at Division III Lancaster Bible College. For the past 15 years, Coach Baughman has been at the helm of the Meadowbrook Christian School Boys’ Basketball program. Over that period, his teams have finished with 20 or more wins on 7 occasions, claimed 11 division titles, and captured 7 league championships. He is the Founder and Director of Crossover Basketball, a program that has included 20 years of camps in 4 states and travel basketball teams. In addition, Coach Baughman has served on clinic and camp staffs at Lycoming College, Bucknell University, and Elizabethtown College. He has a passion for individual player development and brings energy and enthusiasm to each session. Coach Baughman is extremely committed to developing athletes and players while emphasizing christian character. An incredible role model, both on and off the court, for young players and people. Baughman currently serves as the School Administrator at Meadowbrook Christian School. He and his wife Melissa have three children, Tyler (17), Trey (14), and Mackenzie (12) and reside in Milton.

Taylor Greene joined the Susquehanna women’s basketball staff as an assistant coach prior to the start of the 2013-14 season.
Greene comes to SU following a four-year playing career at DeSales University, where she served as team captain in 2012-13 and was also a member of DeSales’ Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). She graduated from DeSales in May, 2013 with a degree in sports management.
Greene spent the 2013 spring semester interning at Division I Lehigh University as a sport/event venue and athletic sponsorship intern. During that time she also coached sixth grade girls and seventh grade boys at Hunterdon Hoops. In addition, she has interned with sport psychologist Jarrod Spencer and spent time as an assistant with AAU U17 and U12 teams.

Tyler grew up in Lock Haven, PA and is a 2007 graduate of Central Mountain High School. He earned a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University in May of 2011. While completing his degree, Tyler began coaching at age 18 at Berwick Area High School, and remained there for three years and moving back to Lock Haven upon graduation.He is currently going into my fourth year as a member of the coaching staff for the Central Mountain Boys Basketball Program which has made a District final and semi-final run each of the past two years. Tyler has been fortunate to work with great trainers and minds of the game in Coach Michael Bailey, Ganon Baker, Mike Lee, and now Coach Kathy Fedorjaka. Tyler has been able to take these experiences and skills and apply them to our basketball teams at Central Mountain as well as the PA Warhawks AAU organization which he has been a part of since the summer of 2012.
In addition to Berwick, Central Mountain, and the PA Warhawks, Tyler has served as the Director of Basketball for FLS International on campus at Lock Haven University in the summer of 2013; working with 20 players (boys and girls) from 10 different countries. Also, since February of 2013 he has held personal training’s with players at the Division III, II, and I college levels.
